This building was beautifully restored by Bill D’Arcy from Builders Guild. The restoration included removal of paint, reconstruction of missing architectural details such as the corbels, a new roof line, and the installation of new windows and window details.  For our part, we repointed sections of the building with a closely matching lime mortar, installed a number of structural steel supports to stabilize the facade, repaired plaster, and built a new brick wall between the newly installed second floor windows.
